Here’s our first look at John Travolta playing mob boss John Gotti in the new movie,The Life and Death of John Gotti.
The film was shooting in Brooklyn New York and as you can see, Gotti’s mad about something.
Must mean one of these guys will be swimming with the fishes some time soon.
Funny enough, Travolta wasn’t the first choice to play the Dapper Don. Sylvester Stallone was originally cast – but he later dropped out…
And Travolta stepped into Gotti’s gator shoes without missing a beat.
Rumor has it he even wore many of John Gotti’s clothing accessories during the production, such as his ties and whatnot.
The film is scheduled for release later this year, but exactly when is still unknown.
Fun fact: Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, plays his wife in this movie… and their daughter Ella Bleu actually plays their daughter.
