China's ride-hailing app to go international
  • 7 years ago
After buying out Uber in China last year, the ride-hailing app Didi Chuxing is now planning on becoming available internationally. The Chinese app is reportedly testing its English version and the ability to accept international credit cards. The English-language version of the app is expected to hit the market come spring, The Beijinger reported. In effort to expand into global markets, Didi Chuxing formed partnerships with other ride-hailing services in the region, including Lyft, a known competitor of Uber.
