Winter storm buries northwestern Chinese city under snow

Footage has emerged of a thick blanket of snow covering a city in northwestern China.
The video, filmed in Urumqi, Xinjiang Urghur Autonomous Region on Monday, shows vehicles and streets buried under the heavy mantle of snow.
The snow reportedly fell for 19 hours, however good organisation meant roads were usable throughout.
