HOW TO COOK EGG OMELETTE WITH TOMATOES

FRIED OMELETTE WITH TOMATOES

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mushroom granules
3 tomatoes (cut in wedges)
1 tablespoon garlic (finely chopped)
Oil for frying

For Gravy:
---------
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon of cornflour
200 ml water

Method:

1. Beat eggs. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon
mushroom granules.

2. In a heated pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, fry egg
until you get a nice browning. Cut omelette into pieces
and set aside.

3. A teaspoon of oil in pan, saute garlic, add tomatoes
wedges and stir for a few minutes.
Add cornflour mixture and bring it to a quick boil.

4. Add omelette and stir and mix well.

5. Ready to serve with rice or bread.
