CeeLo Green showed up to the Grammy Award red carpet in a mask and full golden ensemble on Sunday. According to his Twitter account, the former "Voice" coach was dressed up as his new alter ego, Gnarly Davidson. Obviously Twitter had some fun with CeeLo’s brand new shiny look, comparing the star to all manner of glinting, eye-hurty objects.
