A heartwarming video has emerged of YouTuber Lextasy driving around the city of Asheville in North Carolina, USA giving out free food to the homeless people he meets.

In the footage, shot on Saturday, Lex can be seen buying 50 cheeseburgers from a fast food restaurant before he hands them out to the needy.
