"We had an ice storm in Toronto and the ice had become frozen onto the large window panes of downtown high rise buildings. When the ice started to melt, it fell off the window panes onto cars, people, streets, and sidewalks. The falling ice almost hit children, smashed onto a taxi. Later, the police had the street closed."
