The trademark battle between Kylie Minogue and Kylie Jenner over the name "Kylie" finally came to an end. The reality star attempted to trademark her name, before being blocked by the "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" singer. Jenner is now reportedly filing an appeal in order to use her first name as the brand for her fashion and beauty line. In Minogue's opposition to trademark, the Australian pop star branded Jenner as a "secondary reality television personality" who is known for her "photographic exhibitionism and controversial posts" on social media. In the documents, Minogue was characterized as an "internationally renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist."
