強権的な大統領令を連発するトランプ大統領。アメリカ先住民の居留地近くでの原油パイプライン建設を推進する大統領令にも署名したが、激しい反発を受けている。

The pipeline is expected to carry some 470,000 barrels per day of crude oil from North Dakota's Bakken shale play into Illinois, and is more than 95 percent complete, according to a Phillips 66 filing.
