From Trinidad & Tobago, Calypso Rose and is the undisputed queen of Calypso for more than 40 years. After having produced 30 albums and composed 800 songs, she lives today in the Queens in NYC. In 2015, she met Manu Chao who did additional production on a few the tracks from her next album. ‘Leave Me Alone’ was already certified Gold in France in August 2016, only 2 months after its release.
