Roger Federer beats Rafael Nadal in epic Australian Open final

Roger Federer defeated Rafael Nadal in the Australian Open final on Sunday after recovering from a 1-3 deficit in the fifth set. Federer recovered just in time to capture his 18th Grand Slam championship crown, after playing for three hours and 37 minutes. The win is Federer's first Grand Slam championship victory since he defeated Andy Murray for the 2012 Wimbledon title. The Swiss tennis superstar hit 73 winners and won 76 percent of his first service points going in for the win. Federer is now 18-10 in major finals, while Nadal is 14-7 lifetime in finals.
