13 Reasons Why is an upcoming original American television series in-production based on the 2007 novel Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher and being adapted by Brian Yorkey. Diana Son and Brian Yorkey are co-showrunners on the series. The first season is being developed with thirteen episodes, which are scheduled to be released on Netflix in 2017. All episodes are set to be released on March 31, 2017.
