Trump may bring back CIA-run 'black sites', stop accepting Syrian refugees

President Donald Trump is eyeing return to more torture-like interrogation tactics for the CIA in the event they capture a suspected terrorist. A draft order, posted by the Washington Post and confirmed by NBC News, calls for the government to study whether the CIA can resume detaining suspects at so-called "black sites." The draft also calls for a review of interrogation tactics in the U.S. Army Field Manual, which prohibits torture. Trump intends to stop accepting Syrian refugees, while suspending the broader refugee program for 120 days.
