Mark Zuckerberg defends Oculus in court against VR rival

Today, Mark Zuckerberg took the stand in Northern Texas District Court to defend Oculus against accusations of copyright violation and trade secret theft. The $2 billion suit alleges that Oculus stole trade secrets in part when former senior ZeniMax employee John Carmack left ZeniMax and joined Oculus as chief technical officer in 2014. The Facebook CEO remained defiant in the face of the claims. “Oculus products are based on Oculus technology,” Zuckerberg told the court.
