Will Smith is in talks to take a lead role in Tim Burton’s version of the classic 1941 animated film, Dumbo. The film is based on the 1941 animated film about a big-eared circus elephant. According to Deadline, the Oscar-nominated actor is being targeted by Disney to play the father of children who form a bond with Dumbo. According to Variety, Tom Hanks has been offered a role as the villain.
