LeBron feels that many potential and-1's are being left on the table when he's obviously being fouled. Typically, a top-tier of LBJ's caliber gets what's called the "superstar treatment," which includes foul calls more frequently and in their favor. But such is not the case with LeBron, and he's simply fed up with it.
