Chipotle is being sued for $2 billion

Leah Campbell, a Sacramento native, is taking Chipotle to court for more than $2 billion over claims that the restaurant illegally used a photo of her. According to the suit, Chipotle apparently used photo of Campbell eating back in 2006 and has used it in chains across the country and in other advertisements. Campbell has personally seen the photo in two different locations, one in Orlando and one in the Sacramento area. In her claim, she states that she is seeking $2.2 billion for her "iconic picture," the amount she believes Chipotle made off of it.
