British tourists float down Thai flooded street on lilos

An amusing video has emerged of two British tourists riding lilos down a flooded street in Thailand.
The footage, shot by passerby Prapod Julrot, 38, on Ko Samui island on Thursday, shows the two men floating in the stream of brown floodwater in front of stunned locals.
"Foreigners can still have fun even in the rain," Julrot said.
''They looked like they were having a lot of fun. Local people would never do something as crazy as this though.''
