2017 is off to a good start thanks to this avocado themed restaurant

Submit your vacation days, pack your bags and book your trip to Amsterdam because there is an avocado-themed restaurant opening up there in 2017. The Avocado Show, as the restaurant will called, is run by Julien Zaal, Ron Simpson and Jaimie van Heije and will serve a variety of foods from breakfast through late night snacks. According to the three proprietors, the only rule in the restaurant is that every dish must contain avocado in some form or another. There is no word yet on when in 2017 the restaurant will open.
