EpicTV and Lattice training (Tom Randall and Ollie Torr) have been filming a training series together at the Foundry Climbing Wall in Sheffield. It was a good opportunity for me to start training over winter.

Now..I used to climb fairly hard but a year actually having a job has made me pathetically weak!

So its time to suck it up and get training...luckily Lattice Training were there to help.
