Akshay Kumar said that he agreed to do the film as he knew Sajid Nadiadwala since childhood as they had studied in the same school together and Kumar always knew that Nadiadwala makes films because he loves cinema. Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Asin, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee and Jacqueline Fernandez were also present at the event.
