Philippines' Rodrigo Duterte denies throwing person off a helicopter

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has said that he threw a person off a helicopter and threatened to do the same to anyone misusing public funds. Duterte has now denied that statement explaining that "we had no helicopter. We don't use that."
