Manish Vatsalya And Aparna Hoshing Talk About 'Jeena Hai Toh Thok Daal' Song Controversy

Director Manish Vatsalya and producer Aparna Hoshing of 'Jeena Hai Toh Thok Daal' revealed to the media that they have received threats from the Shiv Sena after the political party found the lyrics of their song 'muh me le' objectionable. Defending his stand, Vatsalya said that there have been lots of songs and movies in the past, which have had objectionable content like 'choli ke peeche kya hai' and that its unfair to target them for something like this. On her part, Aparna showed media-persons the letter that she received from the political party and said that initially when she got threatening phone calls, she assumed it was someone playing a prank but it was only when she received the letter that she took it seriously. She also added that she might approach the police for protection.
