Anurag Basu: 'Biopic on Kishore Kumar to go on floors next year'

Anurag Basu, who is planning to team up with his 'Barfi!' actor Ranbir Kapoor for a biopic to be made on the legendary Kishore Kumar, revealed that the film will go on floors next year as it is taking a lot of time.
Basu said, "At present, I am writing three films and will start work on any one of them before taking up the biopic project. This is because the biopic of Kishore Kumar will take a lot of time and now it might start next year." Ranbir will play Kishore Kumar in the biopic and the actor will reportedly be seen romancing four different actresses in the film.
Basu's 'Barfi!' was acclaimed critically as well as commercially and the film is considered one of Ranbir's best performances so far.
