Actor Vidyut Jammwal, whose action-packed film Commando releases today, is a staunch vegetarian and the actor claims that after he quit his non-vegetarian diet, his life improved in every way. Jammwal said, "After I switched to being a vegetarian, everything in my life changed. Every good thing is happening. I saw transformations in my body, my mind. I could feel the connectivity between my brain and my body. After that, I started evolving with my physical ability. I realized that I am more agile, faster. After I turned vegetarian, I realized what I have been losing when I was a non-vegetarian."
