Cannes 2013: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Dazzles In Gold At amfAR Gala

Though Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been receiving a lot of flak for going all gold for the amfAR gala at the on-going Cannes Film Festival, we beg to differ.
Aishwarya was spotted in a golden net sari by designer Tarun Tahiliani at the star-studded event and we think that she looked breathtakingly beautiful. We agree that a few changes like a different blouse etc. could have taken the look a notch or so higher but in totality she fared really well. Neck-up she looked gorgeous with her neat updo and nude make-up. A jewel encrusted matching clutch and statement earrings completed her look.
Incidentally, last year too Aish wore a golden and white drape by designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, but this year's appearance was leagues ahead of her 2012 look.
