Karan Johar To Make A Sequel To Student Of The Year?

Karan Johar's Student Of The Year proved to be the perfect launch pad for Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt. All three 'students' have graduated to the next level by delivering hits as solo leads. Now the film industry is abuzz with rumors that Karan is all set to make a sequel to Student Of the Year (SOTY). With SOTY, Karan, who usually casts established stars took a gamble and worked with complete newbies, and this gamble paid off brilliantly. So far, he has never made a sequel to any of his films. He did attempt the same for Dostana, but the work on the film has been postponed for now. If SOTY -2 does indeed happen, we will have to wait and watch if Karan picks fresh faces again or reverts to his old formula.
