The video, filmed in Mississippi, USA in November, shows Cole Matthis sticking out his belly and walking around the room to imitate his pregnant mum's walk.
The filmer, the boy's uncle, later wrote online: "Now, we just tell him to 'walk like mom,' and this is what he does."
