Priyanka Chopra: 'Mary Kom is the hardest film of my career'

Priyanka Chopra, who'll essay the role of world boxing champion Mary Kom, in the latter's biopic says that Mary Kom has been the most difficult film in her entire career. At the trailer launch, she said, ''This is the hardest film of my career but for me my biggest inspiration was Mary herself and how hard the team worked on making this film. Omung and his vision and how far he wanted to take it, the writers on the film, our crew, which worked for crazy hours, in the rain, in the cold and in really tough conditions and Sanjay sir, who took out time from all his meetings and dealt with me. It's been a really difficult film for everybody but the inspiration was Mary herself as this is her story.'' Omung Kumar is marking his directorial debut with the movie, which has been produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Mary Kom is all set to release on September 5.
