Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who turned 49 on November 2, this year, says that age is just a number and that he is growing younger with each passing day.

Khan celebrated his birthday with the members of the media, at his residence, on Sunday and when he was asked how does it feel to turn 49, he said, ''I don't understand the age factor at all, physically I feel very good, work wise I feel very energised. I don't know what is one supposed to feel as one grows older? Is one supposed to get fatter, so no I'm not, is one supposed to have more grey hair, so no I dye them, is one supposed to work less, well I'm working even more. So maybe I'm regressive, I'm getting younger with age.''

''I find it shocking actually, I know some people, who have turned fifty and are not from the film industry, who have settled down and relaxed like uncles and papas. I too am an uncle and a papa, there are son's friends who are taller than me, who call me uncle, my daughter and her friends have also become tall and I find it very strange when they call me uncle but they don't treat me like one. So I don't know how to react to this number,'' the King Khan further added.

Shah Rukh, who recently gave the blockbuster hit Happy New Year, has started shooting for his next film Fan.
