Confirmed: Yaami Gautam, Pulkit Samrat To Star In Divya Khosla Kumar's Next

Divya Khosla Kumar, who marked her directorial debut with Yaariyan, is now gearing up for her next and though rumour mills were rife with reports that Yaami Gautam has walked out of the project, Divya has rubbished the rumours. Kumar has stated that she has locked her film's script and Yaami and Pulkit Samrat will play the lead roles in the intense love story. Buzz had it that she had initially approached Shruti Haasan and Aditi Rao Hydari for the film but both the actresses refused to be a part of the project. Divya has now clarified that she never offered the role to them and she also stated that she has never met Haasan. The yet-untitled film will go on floors on December 20 and will be shot extensively in Shimla.
