A video has emerged of a group of young men documenting their race for water during the recent Corpus Christi, TX, USA water crisis.
The footage, shot on Snapchat on Wednesday evening, shows the men running into shops only to find empty water aisles.
The filmer explained that his family had managed to buy two packs of water, even though the group visited four different shops without success.
According to news reports, the city of Corpus Christi issued a statement asking the residents not to drink or bathe in the tap water after it may have been contaminated by two chemicals in a "back-flow incident" in an industrial area.
