Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has ordered scientists to develop nuclear-powered boats after accusing the U.S. of violating the nuclear deal. The announcement comes after a decision by the U.S. Congress last month to extend some sanctions on Tehran. White House spokesman Josh Earnest said. Rouhani also ordered planning for production of fuel for the nuclear-powered marine vessels. The congress noted the extension of the bill does not violate the nuclear deal, and was put into place after fears that Iran was working on a nuclear bomb.
