It's a girl for former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes whose wife Melanie Jeanee delivered at a Santa Cruz hospital on Thursday afternoon. The couple have named their daughter born in the midst of the IPL cricketing season, India Jeanne Jonty Rhodes.
The mother and child are doing fine from what we hear, and it is a thrilling moment for all his fans as he ‘India’ is a unique name and it pays homage to the country he has touring for some time now. He is currently coaching and mentoring the IPL team Mumbai Indians.
