Minivan Catches Fire in South Los Angeles

While on his way back to work after his lunch break, Franky Hernandez noticed smoke rising a few streets ahead, so he decided to investigate. He discovered a Dodge minivan on fire on the northwest corner of the block.Shortly after arriving on the scene, there was a small explosion from the car.
