Snuggie, Copper Fit, and Magic Tracks are all suing Amazon

Amazon.com is being sued by Allstar Marketing Group, Ideavillage Products and Ontel Products whose products are usually marketed with "As Seen on TV" advertising. The suit claims that the products they represent, such as Snuggie, Copper Fit compression sleeves and Magic Tracks toy racetracks, are the victims of trademark infringement by Amazon. According to the suit, the trademark infringement claim is due to Amazon letting a large number of counterfeit products to be sold through its website. Amazon has taken no action to prevent the sale of such counterfeit products despite having the knowledge, opportunity and means to do so, It seeks to recoup unspecified sums in the millions of dollars, including lost profits and punitive damages.
