Drink enough water. Wear sunscreen every single time you go outside. Yes, every. Single. Time. Get at least seven hours of sleep a night. But really, do it! See your primary care doctor once a year. Meal prep every Sunday. It will get easier as it becomes routine! Eat every two to three hours to keep your metabolism burning. Schedule your workouts in your calendar so you don't bail on that date with your best self. Exercise in ways that feel good to you. Every little bit counts and this way you won't give up. Have sex often enough to get a happiness boost. No further explanation needed :) Find a positive outlet for your stress, and use it whenever you need.
