A heartwarming video has emerged of a man giving sugar water to a distressed hummingbird.
The footage, shot last week in La Gruta, Bocas del Toro, Panama, shows the man feeding sugar water to the small bird.
The filmer explained online that hummingbirds tend to tire out very quickly and need a lot of nectar to survive.
"It's the third one I save thanks to my magic potion," he wrote.
