Decorating your house in Christmas lights is an American tradition stretching back decades, but some people in Europe have also caught the holiday spirit. This is the house of Rolf Vogt, a German citizen who is famous for having one of the most decorated houses in all of Europe. Festive spirits were high in Rolf's home city of Calle in Lower Saxony on Saturday when neighbors and visitors witnessed as Rolf switched on the lights to his 2016 display.
