After she was challenged to cook exclusively from locally sourced ingredients for an entire year, Martha Pincoffs embarked on a journey of discovering and experimenting with natural yet tasty cuisines. During her year-long challenge, Martha concocted a popular locally sourced grain burger, and thus, her line of Hot Dang grain-based foods was born. So it's only a natural progression that she won this year's food edition of The Pitch.
