Super Easy Banana & Chocolate Pancakes | Danielle Hayley

With Pancake Day approaching, Danielle Hayley is back on ICON UK to show you how to make these simple but delicious pancakes. You can make them with just two ingredients – eggs and banana, but we’ve added a few extras to make them super yummy.
Ingredients (8-10 small pancakes):
1 banana
2 large eggs
Pinch baking powder
Dark chocolate curls
Maple syrup, to serve
Mash the into a paste until there are no large lumps. Then whisk the eggs into the banana until completely combined. Next add a pinch of baking powder and mix well.
Heat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat and spoon in 2 tbsp of the batter.
Cook for about a minute until the bottoms start to turn golden brown. Then sprinkle the dark chocolate curls over the pancake and then flip them.
Cook for a further minute until golden brown and place to one side. Keep cooking until you’ve used all the batter.
Serve up and drizzle with maple syrup or any other topping you’d like!
