BMW hasn't slowed down its electric car plans. Welt is reporting that BMW plans to launch a redesigned i3 sometime next year. Battery life will be one of the main areas of improvement with the automaker set to extend the recently increased 186-mile cap. Cosmetically, BMW is promising a new look for the front and rear of the car. The i3 is set to face off with Tesla, which is already promising a minimum 214 miles per charge on the Model 3. The Chevy Bolt can also muster 238 miles.
