California Secretary Of State Calls Trump’s Voter Fraud Allegations ‘Reckless’

California Secretary of State Alex Padilla responded to President-elect Donald Trump’s assertion of voter fraud, calling it “reckless” and “unbecoming.”

Hillary Clinton’s lead in the popular vote is quite significant, but, according to President-elect Donald Trump, that is only because “millions of people...voted illegally."
California Secretary of State Alex Padilla quickly responded to the assertion, reports the Los Angeles Times.
He wrote on Twitter, “It appears that Mr. Trump is troubled by the fact that a growing majority of Americans did not vote for him. His unsubstantiated allegations of voter fraud in California and elsewhere are absurd. His reckless tweets are inappropriate and unbecoming of a President-elect."
Other states targeted by Trump in his Sunday tweetstorm were New Hampshire and Virginia, both of which he lost.
During his tirade, Trump also chastised the media for failing to report about such illegal polling activity and commented, “Serious bias — big problem."
