British photographer David Hamilton found dead in Paris

British photographer David Hamilton died in Paris after committing suicide, according to a police source quoted by Reuters and reported by several French media.

The circumstances of his death are unclear. The 83-year-old had recently denied reports that he had sexually assaulted some of his teenage models.

Hamilton, whose works had appeared in upmarket fashion magazines, was found unresponsive in his home by a neighbour who alerted emergency services, according to Europe 1 radio, which did not give a source.
