Footage has emerged from China of steam leaking from heating pipes, causing traffic problems.
The video, captured in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province on Tuesday, shows steam coming out of the heating pipes, reducing visibility on the roads.
We also see one of the accidents caused by the incident, which involved a woman falling off her scooter.
