River Swells Dangerously Over Bridge in North Italian Town of Garessio

Many rivers in northern Italy’s Piedmont region were swollen with floodwater on November 24. The River Tanaro, seen in this video, was reported to have overflowed in the town of Garessio.According to local reports, Sergio di Steffano, Mayor of Garessio, said the river had flooded and “divided the city in two”.
