Obama Stands up for TPP at Close of APEC Forum in Peru

The 2016 Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum in Lima Peru congregating 21 countries has concluded without agreements on moving forward the Trans Pacific Partnership Treaty or TPP, given the rejection of the trade deal by president-elect Donald Trump. Instead, APEC members moved to start an alternative treaty. Our correspondent Rael Mora with the story.
