Apple to replace iPhone 6S batteries in some handsets due to shutdown flaw

Apple has vowed to fix a technical issue that has seen some iPhone 6s handsets shutting down unexpectedly.
"Apple has determined that a very small number of iPhone 6S devices may unexpectedly shut down.
This is not a safety issue and only affects devices within a limited serial number range that were manufactured between September and October 2015," Apple said in a statement.
The company will replace the batteries for these devices at its branded retail stores and authorized service provider centers for free.
If you’re facing this problem with your iPhone 6s, Apple says there’s no cause for concern as it isn’t a safety issue.
