Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg debuts in D.C. opera

The Supreme Court justice made her official opera debut on Saturday night at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Ruth Bader Ginsburg played the role of Duchess of Krakenthorp, a minor spoken part, in “The Daughter of the Regiment.”
Ginsburg, who is fan of opera, finished her performance strong with a prolonged standing ovation from the audience.
