A teenager who said he was just “cruising” captured the moment that powerful earthquakes shook New Zealand on November 13. The video shows power lines and a transformer hissing and fizzing as magnitude-7.4 tremors hit both islands.The earthquake claimed the lives to two people and prompted a tsunami warning on the east coast.
